The know-how of our gourmet stops - Verger des Clochers: fruits like jewels
It was in 1990 that Paul Vachon and his wife, Lise Gourdes, bought their land in the small town of Kinnear's Mills. A historian by training, Paul is truly passionate about trees and plantations. So, over time, he randomly sowed several varieties of apple trees on his land. Today, he proudly identifies 35, not to mention the different varieties of plum and pear trees that also grow in his orchard.
