Kaffé'Yé

New restaurant business located at the corner of Notre-Dame Ouest and Dumais streets in downtown Thetford Mines!

This cafe-like restaurant is a unique concept in the region. Indeed, Kaffé'Yé has a social mission, that of employing people living with an intellectual disability or an autism spectrum disorder. Four people living with an intellectual disability or an autism spectrum disorder, two in the morning and two in the afternoon, will be on site every day in the company of an educator from the Renaissance Association to welcome and to serve customers.

Several businesses in the region have also agreed to get involved in supplying the trade with products, including Korsé, Boulangerie La Réserve, Le p'tit dépanneur santé, Microbrasserie des Haldes, Sucrerie d'Émilie, La boîte à gâteaux and Fromagerie La Bourgade.
