In a few words
Inspired by his trip to India, chef Jean Houle set up the first restaurant in Thetford Mines to offer Indian food of vegetarian origin, while including certain meats. Unique in the region, La Fredaine specializes in the preparation of naan bread, baked in a tandoor oven. The restaurant also offers grilled classics, such as chicken kebabs, shrimp and filet mignon.
