The Quartier-Mitchell belvedere is a brand new observation platform of the landscape and the mining history of the city of Thetford.

This infrastructure provides access to a particularly revealing view of the city's past while highlighting the Mitchell district and its builders from the English-speaking community.

Where does the turquoise color come from? Fine particles suspended in water reflect the blue and green wavelengths of sunlight. The effect is accentuated by the background of light rocks.
